Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the Supporter plan at any time from your account (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. Refunds

Because premium content and downloads are made available immediately, subscription payments for a period already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or believe something went wrong, contact us — we will review it fairly and in good faith.

3. EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. By starting to use the premium features immediately, you request that we begin performance during that period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully provided for that period. You can still cancel future renewals at any time as described above.

4. Support ("coffee") payments

One-time support payments are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
